![]() ![]() I'm not sure if this is a software bug, or it's the pen itself that's starting to fail.Īlso, there is no Wacom Pen driver or application from the Windows Store. ![]() Seems like opening the Wacom Pen panel (from the Windows Store) temporarily fixes it though. I've just updated to Wacom Components Driver version: 7.6-29 using ![]() Restarting the ISD Driver in this state won't do anything. But for some odd reason, the top button still works with Bluetooth. I opened up Sketchpad from Windows Inkspace, and pen pressure worked just fine on that. The pen itself works but pen pressure does not on Photoshop. Holding the two side buttons to change the pen mode doesn't work. I just recently bought a convertible laptop (and Acer Nitro Spin 5, to be exact) and bought a Bamboo Ink Pen along with it. Whenever this happens, I cannot use the pen itself and the side buttons. Then the pen completely turns off and it doesn't work until I remove and put back the batteries (or simply unscrewing and re-screwing the battery lid). The pen stops working if I press either of the side buttons on the pen. Keipaws wrote:I'm having a similar problem but with full batteries. ![]()
